On 18th February 2019, iProsperity (iPG) was invited to participate in the Hurun China-Australia Investment Forum Luncheon Symposium.

“What we need in Sydney to accommodate both domestic and international visitors is 40,000 rooms. We currently have approx. 20,000 rooms in Sydney”.
“This shortage of rooms is forcing tourists to stay in fringe locations and miss out on key Sydney attractions and entertainment options”.
“There is great potential in luxury products in the hotel sector with a number of hotel brands wanting to have a presence in Sydney as a global city”.
The global series of events organised by Hurun Report, the world’s leading wealth research organisation started in Shanghai and traveled to eight international cities, including Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, London, Istanbul, and Luxembourg, ending the 2019 tour in Sydney, Australia.
This is the first time the Hurun Report has landed in Australia. The Hurun Chinese New Year Awards Ceremony was held at the The Star Event Centre in Sydney. The Awards Ceremony aims to reward and recognize those who have made outstanding contributions and interactions across Chinese overseas trade, tourism investment, culture, and education. At the same time, it also establishes a high-quality platform to connect Chinese entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and build long term relationships, in order to better connect and cooperate in the future.
